We have an inclusion group that meets regularly to discuss how we can be more inclusive. 

Wellbeing

We have a group reviewing how we can make the building more beneficial for our wellbeing needs; we’re reviewing specific support for our Colleagues facing tough situations during their work.

Technology & Comms

Our tech support is improving thanks to our new ICT Lead. We have a new Colleague Hub to make news and information instantly accessible.

L&D

A management development program is happening and the L&D budget has increased. 

PR and fundraising

We’re using a variety of external comms channels to spread the word about our services and promote mental health wellbeing.  We’re collaborating with individuals, groups and organisations throughout our community to support fundraising to underpin all our mental health services. 

Counselling

Our reach is expanding to include children and young people, including innovative support in local Universities.
